Welcome to Temptation Thread (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website at temptationthread.com and placing orders with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

These Terms are governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to make purchases. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

3. Products & Pricing

3.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display product colours, sizes, and descriptions accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings. We do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are binding.

3.3 Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the event an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer a full refund or store credit.

4. Orders & Payments

4.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion. An order is only confirmed upon receipt of payment confirmation or successful COD booking.

4.2 Payment Gateway

Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Temptation Thread does not store any payment card information on our servers.

4.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders attract an additional handling fee of ₹100. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders for locations outside our serviceable areas or in case of repeated non-acceptance by the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Temptation Thread is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions.

Free shipping applies to orders above ₹1,499. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee is calculated based on your pincode at checkout.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

6.1 Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit only, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, final sale items, and products marked as non-returnable on their product page cannot be returned or exchanged.

6.3 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at contact@temptationthread.com. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. Prepaid order refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6.4 Consumer Rights

As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to lodge a complaint at the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) at 1800-11-4000 or on the National Consumer Helpline portal.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to logos, images, product designs, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Temptation Thread and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Temptation Thread shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
